Website Privacy
Last updated August 21, 2026
This page is about the website only. For how your health information is handled once you are a client, see the Notice of Privacy Practices.
What this site collects
Nothing, unless you send a message. There are no cookies, no ad trackers, and no analytics. Nothing on these pages loads from another company, so just reading the site does not tell anyone you were here.
If you use the contact form
It collects your name, email, an optional phone number, who therapy is for, your preferred language, and your message. That goes to Bloomline Counseling by email, and a copy is stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this site, so nothing gets lost.
Please keep your message general. This form is not encrypted. Send your name, how to reach you, and a sentence about what you are looking for. Save personal and medical details for a private conversation.
Messages are used only to reply to you and arrange care. They are never sold or shared for advertising.
Booking through Headway
The “Schedule an appointment” buttons take you to Headway, a separate company. Once you leave this site, their privacy policy applies to whatever you enter there.
Security
This site only works over an encrypted connection, so what you send is protected on the way.
Texas notice
As Texas law requires, please know that health information may be disclosed electronically. Bloomline Counseling does not do so without your permission except where the law allows or requires it.
Children
This site is written for parents, caregivers, and adults. Children should not send information through it themselves.
